We aim to describe products accurately. Final packaging, ingredients, warnings, directions and suitability information on the product label will take priority over general website copy.

Pricing

Prices displayed on this demonstration store are test retail prices shown in euros and treated as including Spanish IVA for interface testing. The demo delivery policy uses €4.95 mainland Spain shipping, free over €45, and €7.95 to the Balearic Islands. All figures may be changed before any real launch.

Orders

This is an EcoZenia demonstration store and no real payment should be submitted. A test checkout or product listing does not create a binding retail contract. If EcoZenia launches commercially, orders would be subject to acceptance, availability, payment authorisation and the final terms published at that time.

Use of products

Customers should follow all label directions, safety warnings and surface or fabric suitability instructions. Products should be kept out of reach of children and used only for their intended purpose.

Returns and refunds

The demonstration policy allows 30 days for eligible unopened and unused products and assumes refunds are returned to the original payment method after approval. Any future commercial policy would be updated to comply with applicable Spanish and EU consumer law.
