Mainland Spain
Typical delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Balearic Islands
Typical delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Where we deliver
The demonstration checkout is designed around mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international delivery are not enabled in this test policy.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day would normally be prepared within one working day. A dispatch confirmation would include the carrier and tracking details where available.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders
Contact support@ecozenia.test within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. In a real store we would arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.
30-day returns
Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Household-care products that have been opened, used or cannot safely be resold may be excluded where lawful. Customers should contact support before sending anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds would be returned to the original payment method. The demonstration policy assumes 3–7 working days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
