What is EcoZenia?
EcoZenia is a modern household-care concept being developed in Spain. The current demonstration range contains 25 products across Laundry Care, Home Cleaning, Dish & Kitchen Care and Car Care.
Are the products completely natural?
No blanket 100% natural claim is made. The concept prioritises practical performance, considered ingredient choices, clear instructions and honest communication over vague “green” language.
Do you use essential oils?
Some fragrance profiles may be inspired by or include essential-oil components where appropriate. Product-specific ingredients and final label information would always take priority over broad brand claims.
What is the difference between Daily Surface Cleaner and Kitchen Surface Cleaner?
Daily Surface Cleaner is the general multi-room everyday wipe-down product. Kitchen Surface Cleaner is the kitchen-focused option for compatible worktops, tables and hard kitchen surfaces, with extra size and fragrance choices.
What is the difference between Kitchen Degreaser and Heavy-Duty Kitchen Degreaser?
Kitchen Degreaser is for routine cooking grease and everyday kitchen residue. Heavy-Duty Kitchen Degreaser is the stronger step-up product for more stubborn greasy build-up when normal cleaning is not enough.
Are the scents strong?
The intended style is noticeable freshness without overpowering perfume. Fragrance strength varies by job, and selected kitchen products also include low-scent or unscented choices.
Can I use the cleaners on every surface?
No. Always follow the individual product directions, surface-suitability guidance and final physical label. Test an inconspicuous area when using a cleaner on a new or delicate material.
Will there be refills?
The range is designed with refill-ready thinking where the format and logistics make sense. Larger value formats and refills would be natural future additions if EcoZenia became a commercial brand.
Where does the demo store deliver?
The demonstration policy covers mainland Spain at €4.95, with free delivery over €45, and the Balearic Islands at €7.95. These are invented test-store figures, not live commercial rates.
How do returns work?
The demonstration policy allows 30 days for eligible unopened and unused products. Opened household-care products may be excluded where they cannot safely be resold.
Can I place a real order?
No. EcoZenia is currently a demonstration store. Product, checkout, shipping and support flows are being built to look and behave like a finished store, but no real payment should be submitted.
